At [GARMONK], customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All tags and original packaging must be intact

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items bought during sale or clearance

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Innerwear, socks, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear images or video of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • A reverse shipment fee of Rs 99 will be charged at the time of return

Exchange Policy

We offer size or product exchanges (subject to availability). Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer

  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
